Steven Gerrard’s men were two goals ahead inside eight minutes thanks to Ryan Kent and Joe Aribo and Jermain Defoe added the third early in the second half.
Hibs had defender Ryan Porteous sent off on the hour mark for a late tackle on Borna Barisic as Rangers maintained their unbeaten away record.
