The Nigeria Senate on Wednesday met with the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar Adamu, over insecurity in Nigeria.
Naija News reports that IGP Adamu will brief lawmakers on solutions to the increasing insecurity.
He is also expected to brief Senators on the possibility of restructuring the current security architecture.
The Police boss will also give lawmakers insight into the concept and practical implementation modalities of community policing policy.

Recall that the Senate had last week on Tuesday summoned the Inspector-General of Police to brief the upper chamber on the escalating cases of insecurity in the country.
